Hard sarnies and off chicken

Today's food was not so good.

It started off well with fresh coffee and pastries on the balcony, but went steadily downhill, so the less said about it the better to be honest.

For lunch we decided to finish off the cheese, chorizo and bread from yesterday and make some sandwiches. However the bread had considerably hardened since yesterday and so the sarnie was dry dry dry. No amount of butter could ressurect the situation unfortunately.

We decided to go out for dinner and chose an Argentinian and Indian restaurant called Masterchef, the name should have said it all really. I should have realised an Indian restaurant which serves pasta and pizza as well as chicken tikka and vindaloo is not going to do everything to the highest quality. Mr P and I couldn't agree on what we fancied which is why we plumped for this restaurant which offered Mr P the burger he craved and me my curry I wanted.

I opted for a chicken passanda with naan bread and rice. The bread was the best part of the meal, but it could definitely not be called naan. The passanda sauce tasted like boiled milk and the chicken was off. It tasted as if it had been smeared with poo. Mr P's burger wasn't quite as offensive, but basically tasted like a burger from wimpy, even MacDonalds would have been ashame of it. We shall not be going back there.
